Mono album first started as a passion side project. Our love for photography landed us in the photo industry for a few years. But on the side, we loved putting together physical photo albums for family and friends. Our hearts were always full when we have gifted these photo albums that brought laughter, smiles, and reflection on the good old days. While we embraced how photography has developed in the digital space, there’s still something special about a tangible photo album. The feelings of nostalgia and reminiscing on priceless memories as you flipped page after page – those moments are irreplaceable. And that served as our greatest motivation.
We focused our energy on honing our craft and used our experience in the photography industry to develop stunning photo albums. We stayed true to simple designs and high-quality materials. It took several trials and errors to fulfil that vision, but we never settled. That’s how Mono album came to be. We’re sisters with a passion to spread love through photo albums and we’re designers who treasure handcrafted and one-of-a-kind pieces.
