1. PRICE AND TERMS

The prices and terms on ‘Mono Album’ are subject to change without any notice.

2. COPYRIGHT

Mono Album reserves the copyright of the images and designs on ‘Monoalbum.com’. All images and contents on Mono Album can be legally protected, and legal action can be taken in case of illegal use. All of the resources (images and photographs) provided by the provider/photographer are the providers’ right. They are subject to their own property.

3. PAYMENT

We will receive the full amount of an order when the order form is received. Any additional cost that may occur during the design process will be charged when the order is completed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and PayPal for international customers and interact via email transfer for Canadian customers. An additional charge may occur and will need to be paid upfront for a layout design with a service fee of $25. 4. DAMAGED PACKAGES AND GOODS

Mono Album ensures that all packages and items are checked and confirmed before they are shipped. Despite our best efforts, there is a chance of damage occurring to the packages/products during delivery. Damaged packages are the carrier’s responsibility. Please ensure to check the condition of the package within 24 hours of receiving it and let us know if there are any problems.

5. SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship all orders by FedEx/UPS/Canada Post unless otherwise requested. A PO Box number is required when shipping through the Canada Post Office. The customer is responsible for providing Mono Album with the correct and current shipping information. We ship Canada-wide and to select international destinations as well – fees vary depending on location. Additional international shipping charges may apply later depending on the weight, shipping method, and region/country after payment. Please be mindful that some carrier delays may happen that are outside of our control.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will only accept returns or exchanges according to our terms of understandable situations, such as product defects. Please note that we use 100% natural hides, leading to naturally occurring defects, such as bug bites, wrinkles, and scars. 7. RUSH ORDER

We charge a rush order fee upfront of 30% of the total order amount. Please note that holiday seasons will be exceptional. Please keep in mind that there will be a deadline for accepting designs and orders. A notice will be shown on our website, so please check any notified schedule.

8. CANCELLATIONS

For designed albums, we do not accept a full refund. However, if you contact and request a cancelation within 24 hours, we will provide a full refund. Any order within 48 hours is subject to a 50% refund of the total charge. After 48 hours, no refunds will be available as we would have started designing your order.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS

Any other design or image changes will be accepted within 2 – 3 days without an additional charge after receiving your designs. There is an additional charge for any design or image changes after three days. Mono Album has no responsibility for any design error during the modification by the photographers.
